DEVELOPER
Development Victoria builds homes that cater for Victorians. We work with the Victorian Government to unlock the value of surplus government land and increase housing supply and choice for homebuyers. We deliver diverse quality housing that locates people closer to jobs, transport, recreation and other services. These homes are designed to suit different budgets, lifestyle and household needs. Our focus on affordability means more Victorians can access moderately-priced housing in a competitive market, including for people to rent or own.
Development Victoria supports the Victorian Government’s priority of increasing housing supply, diversity and affordability. Approximately 10% of the homes throughout Alfi e will be developed in in accordance with the State Government’s ‘Homes for Victorians’ initiative to deliver affordable options in Altona North.

ARCHITECT
Established in 2003, Max Architects is a South Melbourne-based practice that has delivered a diverse range of projects from country race club facilities to multi-million dollar residential and commercial properties. Together, directors Anthony Tesoriero and Damian Parras have more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential architecture and a portfolio that includes signifi cant Melbourne landmarks such as the arresting Mercedes Benz showroom in South Melbourne and the Monash University offi ce building at the Mulgrave campus. Clients include General Motors Holden, Harness Racing Victoria and Grocon.
